G20 Summit Salmon This Weekend

In optimistic hope for this week’s G20 summit in London bringing about some positive changes for the world, Jaynes has brought in the same  Shetland, UK Framgord Organic Salmon that was prepared for Barack Obama, Gordon Brown and G20 leaders by Jamie Oliver at 10 Downing Street this past Wednesday.   The fish will be prepared pan seared with a sautee of pea tendrils, crimini mushrooms, baby carrots, sweet corn and smoked bacon finished in a tarragon vinaigrette.    We hope to share it with you this weekend!
