-2011 Domaine Tempier Bandol Rose with local sea bass ceviche with chilies, avocado and tomatillo salsa

 -2012 Graville-Lacoste Graves Bordeaux Blanc with Washington state sea scallops served with lemon scented risotto with mascarpone, asparagus and English peas

 -2011 Marcel Lapierre MMXI Cru Beaujolais served with seared wild Yukon salmon, pancetta, wilted pea tendrils, shaved corn and a tarragon vinaigrette

 -2011 Domaine Faury St. Joseph Rouge with oven roasted duck breast served with fresh herb spaetzle, braised leeks, wilted frisee and a wild mushroom demi glace

 -2012 Abbatucci Rouge Frais from Corsica served with Corsican cheese, honeycomb, wild caper berries and grilled country bread

 -2010 Romieau-Lacoste Sauternes with summer peach, almond and polenta madelines and caramel gelato

Wednesday, July 10th Jaynes will co-host a wine dinner with legendary Northern California wine merchant Kermit Lynch.   Wine Specialist Kate MacWilliamson will be on hand to introduce 6 wines from France and Italy.    We will be serving a 5 course dinner paired with 6 of our favorite wines from the KL portfolio.   Kermit’s selections are among our all time favorites, not the least of which the Domaine Tempier Rose.   This is a rare opportunity and we hope you will join us.

Apertif at 7pm with dinner to begin at 7:30

$75/person plus tax and gratuity
