Wiener Schnitzel Week Begins and Jaynes named one of San Diego’s Essential 38 Restaurants.
We’re recovering from a wildly busy 6th Anniversary/Valentine’s weekend and firing up Wiener Schnitzel Week! This is one of the most beloved dishes in our quiver and we’ll be serving it Tuesday through Saturday night. Our preparation of the Austrian National dish is made with tender, pounded and breaded Duroc pork, housemade spaetzle with melted gruyere with broccolini and fresh lemon. This is an easy pairing with a variety of beers and a glass of Gruner Veltliner or Rielsing wouldn’t be too shabby either.
We’re also pretty psyched to have been named of of San Diego’s 38 Essential Restaurants by Eater San Diego, There are a lot of great restaurants on that list and we’re honored by the nod. Read about it here.
