GastrOlympics at Jaynes

This week we’re here to help make you a better Gastrolympian.  We’ll start with our  Sausage Roll with House Made Pork, Rosemary, & Spiced Apple Sausage wrapped in crispy pastry, served with a frisee, apple, and currant salad in a dijon vinaigrette. This dish contains many of the important nutrients required for a strong athlete and is an important part of your training regimen.

To keep you hydrated, we have Red, White, & Blue Chimay.  You can drink them one at a time, or you can have some friends join you to practice your synchronized drinking routine.  This is a very important event and may take several rounds of practice.  Reward yourself and your teammates with a St. Peter’s Golden Ale.
