It’s officially summer in San Diego, so you’re probably doing things like drinking beer and eating ice cream on the regular. Because we support these traditions, we are offering a Banana Split as a special dessert. We caramelize the banana and serve it with strawberry & caramel gelato, fresh whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and Luxardo Maraschino cherries. We also have beer, and we think that Guinness is perfect with this dessert. There’s even a chance that Sarah will make a beer/ice cream cocktail for you, if you’re in the mood.
