What’s more américain than Le Hemingway?

Above: “Le Hemingway” @JaynesGastropub, Cruzan aged white rum, grapefruit juice, fresh lime, Luxardo maraschino cherry liqueur.

We can’t think of a better way to start off our 4th of July weekend than an homage to one of the great American personalities of the 20th century, Ernest Hemingway.

We love “Papa” and his novels and we love the way he embraced and celebrated the American spirit.

We’ve just updated our cocktail menu with a few new additions but Le Hemingway has already become a Jaynes classic cocktail.

Above: Hemingway in Spain in 1959. Celebrate America this weekend at Jaynes with a cocktail named after one of its favorite sons.

Of course, no Independence Day weekend would be complete without the “rouge, blanc, et bleue” Chimay flight paired with Niman Ranch natural hot dogs, would it?

We hope to see you soon! Have a fun (and safe) 4th of July celebration!
