Roasted Duck and Cru Barbaresco
Thanks to everyone that came out last night to the Green Flash Progressive Dinner. There was a huge turnout and people were really showing their support for one of the great US breweries that just happens to be in our own backyard.
Tonight we are featuring a new menu selection, Maple Farms Oven Roasted Duck Breast served over gnocchi, shitake and cremini mushrooms, savoy cabbage, pearl onions with a pomegranate balsamic reduction.
Our Reserve Wine List has some real gems right now with a few cru Barbarescos leading the pack. The reserve list is really rocking lately. Please ask your server for more info.
